How much do I make per hour?
Bigland drivers are independent contractors. How much you make is based on order volume, completed deliveries, and tips.
How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund through the app support section or by emailing support@biglandeats.ca. Please include your order number and the name on the order.
Why is my order showing a high delivery fee?
This usually happens when you are using an older version of the app from before June 2026. Update the app, then make sure your address includes your province, city or town, and postal code.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Request a secure reset email, then use the magic link or 6-digit code to choose a new password.
